Damage and Assessment When you bring your damaged vehicle to South of the Square Collision, the first thing we do is bring the vehicle into our heated indoor inspection area, where the damage is assesed and you receive a written estimate.
Tear Down to Deepest Point of Impact The next step in our process is a more in depth evaluation of the damage. This process can expose further damage that was not visible from the initial estimate. If further damage is discovered, we contact the customer and/or their insurance company to request for authorization. Upon authorization, parts would then be ordered.
Parts Installation and Inspection Parts are received and inspected for quality assurance. Once the inspection process is completed, new parts are installed with precision insuring proper fit and operation. Upon completion of this step, the vehicle is now ready for paint.
Paint Process Inside our state-of-the-art paint booth, the vehicle is prepared, painted and baked back to original manufacturer specification.
Ready for Delivery The final process consists of a thorough inspection for fit, finish and drive ability. Upon completion of this process, the vehicle is sent to our detailing department, where the vehicle is cleaned inside and out. The customer is notified either by phone or by our new online notification service.
